Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Tortillas Taqueras La Penita
  • 200 grams of pork rinds
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 pound shelled green tomatoes.
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 2 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste
Blend together tomatoes, onion, chile, cilantro, water and salt. Fry in oil the sauce for few minutes and then add the pork rinds, chopped. Cook over low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare tacos with the Tortillas Taqueras La Penita and served with refried beans on the side.
