Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Tortillas La Penita
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 half of a pound of tomato(finely chopped)
  • 2 serrano chiles ,chopped
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • Salt to taste
Begins to brown the onion, tomato and pepper for few minutes. Then, add the shredded chicken and season with salt until done. In a skillet, heat the Tortillas Yellow La Penita, stuffed with chicken, rolled and fastened with a toothpick. Fry in oil until brown and place on paper towel to absorb the fat. Serve and garnish with guacamole, sour cream and cilantro.
