Ingredients:

Chop the vegetables and cilantro, mix with the red snapper fillets. Add lime juice until all the mixture is covered. Let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours, approximate. When the fish is totally cooked, drain the mixture and season with salt and ground pepper. Prepare Tostadas with Ceviche and garnish with one slice of purple onion. If you prefer, it can go with tabasco salsa on top.
